Janet and Taylor were married outside at the Geo Centre on a beautiful day! They wanted simple yet elegant decor and neither were big flower people and did not want to carry a bouquet, and tasked me with finding an option they liked. I suggested several things but they ended up deciding on wooden hoops and we incorporated the rich deep colours of their decor, navy and burgundy into the flowers. On the tables we did navy table runners on top of white cloths, with white chairs and burgundy sashes tied on the side. The centerpieces were a trio of cylinder vases with water and floating candles and we used the leftover flowers to accent them. The head table was framed with a backdrop of white and curtain lights and dressed in navy.
Brooke and Adam, Sheraton Hotel Court Garden
A beautiful backdrop that doesn’t need a lot of decor, the Court Garden’s lush greenery is an inviting space! Brooke and Adam provided their own archway and florals for the ceremony, we rented chairs and added greenery to the aisle decor. The aisle decor was later repurposed as centerpieces for the guest tables and spread beautiful candlelight into the night!

Tracy and Kevin, Capital Hotel
Dusty rose, burgundy and white with touches of gold were Tracy’s choice of colours for her decor. The ceremony and reception were both held at the hotel, the ceremony in one salon while everything was opened up for the reception. Dusty pink table runners and chair sashes were added to the white covers and tablecloths. Burgundy napkins added a pop of colour to the tables, a trio of gold terrariums were picked for centerpieces and surrounded by greenery and white, pink and burgundy flowers.

Cheryl and Joey, Woodstock Public House
With their head table on the stage, we added a backdrop behind them with fairy lights. The guest tables were kept bare and a white chiffon table runner was added to them, with candles and cylinder vases with water and floating candles woven among the greenery runners. Wooden table numbers were added, keeping with the rustic feel of the restaurant.
Amanda and Stanley, Comfort Hotel
I loved Amanda and Stanley’s decor because it was full of colour! Royal blue was the dominant colour that we used on the chair sashes, table runners and in the uplighitng, but Amanda wanted to incorporate the colours of her bouquet into the decor as well. We used a trio of cylinder vases with water and floating candles, and added 3 bud vases of flowers in the colours represented in her bouquet. It turned out so lovely with pinks, yellow and orange touches!

Beautiful Dusty Rose at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1
Allison requested dusty rose as her main colour so we added it to the chair sashes and table runners, and dressed the head table in a rose gold sequin. Gold charger plates were added to the white dressed tables along with cylinder vases with water and floating candles for the centerpieces. Fairy lights were hung in the head table backdrop.

25th Anniversary Party
Like many days here in our beautiful province, the weather defied the forecast and it turned into a lovely day, a bit windy but the sun shone out so this party could move outside on the beautiful deck at the Quidi Vidi Boathouse! Decor was simple, white linens, white roses and babies breath, with blue added into the balloon arch.

Cassandra and Colin, The Gypsy Tea Room
Cassandra and Colin held their ceremony and reception in the cellar, set for their closest family and friends. We draped the door and added an artificial floral swag to the area around the door. Moved the restaurant’s barrels to either side and used the centerpieces as aisle decor. The terrariums and sparkly votive sat on top of a wooden slab which fit the room perfectly and added a lovely glow to walk down the aisle to.

Alana and Ryan, Woodstock Public House
The restaurant was transformed from eating establishment to wedding reception! We added white chiffon table runners to the bare wooden tables, ran greenery runners the length of each table with vases of water and floating candles woven throughout. When lit, it was stunning! The sweetheart table was backed by a silver hexagon and backdrop.
Fortis Canada Games Announcement
I was thrilled to work with Fortis to add some decor to their announcement of support for the Canada Games! The task was to elevate a sports theme into elegance! I was happy with how things turned out, we found white vase containers and I crafted them into basketballs, soccer balls and softballs and added succulents to each. Fortis had their jerseys printed and we added them to compliment each centerpiece. Floral touches were added to the food tables, and a popcorn station was set up with red and white striped material.
CIPH Conference and Dinner
We added some balloon displays to the opening night registration area. And carried them over into the final evenings dinner with an additional pillar display.

Gonzaga Graduation Gala, St. John's Convention Centre
Under the starry night of the St. John’s Convention Centre, the high school graduates celebrated their achievements. We continued that starry night look into a trio of cylinder vases with fairy lights and added fairy lights to the floral arrangement on top of crystal stands to have them glow as well. Royal blue table runners and uplighting representing the school’s colours were added. Along with several backdrops for photo opportunities. Our 2023 beamed brightly in front of the stage.

Jenna and Michael, the Gypsy Tea Room
Jenna and Michael had a very intimate afternoon wedding at the Gypsy Tea Room! We defined the aisleway with floral arrangements atop crystal stands, added some drapery to highlight the wooden door and some touches on their guest table. Simple, elegant in a beautiful space!

School of Social Work Graduating Gala
We were back at the lovely space of Bally Haly (formally Clovelly) for the Social Work Graduation Gala! The natural light just streamed in onto our simple but elegant display. Champagne chair sashes and table runners added subtle colour to the white linens and chair covers. Artificial hydrangea in white jars with class of 2023 tags adorned the center of the tables, and black napkins were added for contrast.
Graduation Gala for the School of Pharmacy at the Geo Centre!
It is always a lovely backdrop for any event under the planets at the Geo Centre! We kept the decor simple, white linens, with a gold runner and a trio of cylinder vases, filled with water and floating candles, surrounded by some artificial greenery.

Holy Trinity Graduation Gala
This week's showcase is the Holy Trinity Graduation Gala. It was held at the Holiday Inn for the graduates with the black and gold colour scheme. It was important to the committee that there be ample backdrops for pictures and we created several photo areas, including 2 large backdrops on either side of the room for all those group shots! Centerpieces were simple, consisting of balloon bouquets but they made a big impact in the room.

A Stunning Transformation!
After a postponement and venue change, we ended up at McNally's Pub in Mount Pearl for Alexis' wedding. I've included some before pictures of the pub because while I am proud of each job I do, I was extra proud of the transformation of this one! You would never say it was the same location and I am very proud of the result that my team and I pulled off. The tables and chairs were dressed in white. The chairs had white sashes tied in a knot in the back and a rose and piece of greenery added to each one. Trio of cylinder vases with floating candles and greenery surrounding them were added to each table. The room was almost fully draped in white sheer voille and white uplighting to accent.

50th Birthday Celebration!
Tracy celebrated her 50th in style! The tables and chairs were dressed in black and we added a gold sequin runner to add some sparkle to the tables. Our trio of gold terrariums filled with fairy lights and surrounded by fresh greenery were added to the center of each table. A black shimmer backdrop with neon sign was added for the stage as another photo opportunity in the room.
A space with a view!
We added a little decor to the beautiful space at the Rooms for a corporate event. Most guests were visiting our beautiful province and the view from the Room certainly did not disappoint and was an amazing backdrop to the dinner. Our gold irregular terrariums were chosen to represent ice bergs which was the theme of the evening.

Video Shoot at the Sandman Hotel
I was happy to have the opportunity to partner with the Sandman Hotel to add some decor to one of their reception spaces for a hotel video they were putting together. If you do a live google tour of the hotel you will find my work! We kept things light with the use of champagne, blush napkins, fresh greenery and added a little bling!
