Ashley and Jon had their ceremony is the naturally beautiful space of the Geo Centre’s outdoor classroom. We did minimal decor for the ceremony, white chair covers with champagne organza sashes, a dressed podium and signing table. Their reception, originally meant for the Geo Centre was moved to the Emera Innovation Centre. It was the first time I had been in the space since it opened under MUN and the space was better than I had remembered it. We provided decorating service to the final wedding that was held at the Battery before it closed and this was the first wedding reception they held since re-opening. Ashley and Jon had a very large wedding party and so we decided to do a King’s table for the party, we dressed the table in champagne sequin, and carried forward the same look as the ceremony, white chair covers with champagne organza sashes. The tables were dressed in white with a champagne table runner, with centerpieces of glass terrariums with fairy lights, fresh greenery and white roses.
