Nicole and Terry, Admiral's Green Clubhouse

Nicole and Terry had their ceremony and reception at Admiral’s Green, a beautiful space on its own, with the best view of the city! We did classy black and white and added touches of rose gold to the decor. White chair covers with black sashes were set facing the fireplace where the couple got married. Once the ceremony was over, the tables were dressed in white with a black satin table runner, with simple centerpieces of cylinder vases and floating candles which are always a timeless addition. The head table and other special tables were dressed in rose gold sequin and white uplighting was added behind the head table to accent.

Ashley and Amy, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1

Amy and Ashley opted for a themed wedding showing their love of Harry Potter! The decor was centered around the four houses of Hogwarts, and we arranged the tables at the reception to represent them, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin with their respective colours. All the tables were dressed in white tablecloths and chair covers but we added sashes and runners to match the colour of each house. The couple did their own centerpieces and added other Harry Potter themed touches throughout the decor. We added a backdrop to the head table dressed in gold, with gold sequin panels behind the couple and the 4 colours in uplights shining on the sheer.

Sophie turn 16! Fluvarium

We provided decor to Sophie’s Sweet 16, held at the Fluvarium! We added Edison style café string lights to the area above the dance floor with white paper lanterns. The Fluvarium does not allow balloons and Sophie’s mom still wanted that look so we added the paper lanterns in the ceiling and on either side of the fireplace accented with artificial flowers. We dressed the tables in white and added gold sequin table runners to add some bling, artificial floral arrangements with white and pink flowers and designed a banner for the fireplace.

Angie and Brian, Gypsy Tea Room

Angie and Brian held their micro wedding at the Gypsy Tea Room, the perfect space for an intimate wedding! The room doesn’t need much decor, just a few touches to accentuate the features of the space. We added sheer to frame the beautiful wooden door at the back of the room, a floral swag with a subtle boho feel to pair with the bride’s bouquet and flanked the doors with wooden barrels and black lanterns. We added a rose gold floral cloth to the signing table, which became the cake table following the ceremony. The main dinner table was dressed in white, with a blush table runner down the center and lots of cylinder vases with floating candles.

Following the ceremony, tables were moved into place, dressed with white tablecloths, an eggplant table runner, and centerpieces of cylinder vases with artificial flame floating candles as per venue rules. Amy and Andrew, CLB Armoury

We started off the 2022 wedding season with Amy and Andrew at the CLB Armoury! We added white chair covers with navy sashes tied on an angle, gold satin table runners and centerpieces of cylinder vases with floating candles and pearls in the bottom surrounded by artificial greenery. Amy and Andrew had everyone seated at their dinner tables when they arrived to be married among their guests. We did entrance decor to jazz up the bride’s grand entrance and added an aisle runner. The head table was unique in that it was composed of 3 separate tables with the bride and groom extended beyond the wedding party. We added white uplighting and dressed the head table in gold sequin.

Penney Group Inc Christmas Party

The Holiday Inn Express was the beautiful backdrop for this party with simple Christmas decor. Dramatic navy and silver sequin matched so nicely with the features the space already had. Navy tablecloths with topped with silver sequin table runners to display the beautiful centerpieces provided by The Flower Studio. Silver charger plates, navy napkins with silver votive holders and mirrored frames showing table numbers finished out the tabletop decor. Blue uplighting added a fantastic glow to the room, along with Christmas accents and lighted candles.

Kevin and Sarah

Sarah was a DIY bride that needed a little help with setting out her decor and with chair covers, tablecloths and lighting. We added white tablecloths with lavender table runners to show off Sarah’s centerpieces, and did white chair covers with lavender sashes on the chairs. Cafe lights were strung above the dance floor area and added vibrant lighting to the room! We added gold sequin cloths to the head table to bring some sparkle to the decor.

Alex and Maria

We brought the sun into the Fluvarium with this wedding! Sunny lemon yellow sashes and runners were placed on the covered chairs and tables. The fresh flower and lemon centerpieces added a fresh fragrance to the air. White gerbera daisy, wax flower and greenery were put together atop a vase full of freshly cut lemons! The fireplace was draped in sheer and accented with eucalyptus and fresh flowers. You couldn’t help but smile when you walked into the room!
